1- That the replacement or return request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase. 2- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and wrapped in the original packaging (the air cover) and in the shipping box. 3- The customer bears the shipping cost if they want an exchange or return. 4- Gift vouchers after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 5- Full payment must be made in advance for custom orders, and they cannot be canceled or exchanged. 6- If the (custom) product is damaged or completely different from the specifications requested by the customer, they have the right to exchange or return it. 7- All types of clay, glazes, and underglazes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
